Enterprise Engineering
Java, Spring Boot, React, REST APIs, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Git, CI/CD, architecture reviews, code quality, and production support.
I bring 20+ years of enterprise software engineering and technical leadership experience, combined with hands-on AWS architecture, application modernization, containerization, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
I am a Technical Project Lead and architecture-focused engineering leader with more than 20+ years of experience delivering enterprise applications across investment services, insurance, and healthcare.
As a Technical Lead supporting the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, I have guided cross-functional teams, translated complex business requirements into technical solutions, led design and code reviews, resolved production issues, and supported modernization initiatives from architecture through deployment.
My recent work has focused on AWS cloud architecture and modern application delivery. I have designed and implemented projects using Amazon EC2, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Docker, Amazon ECR, Amazon EKS, Kubernetes, Application Load Balancers, Auto Scaling, and Terraform.
I am especially interested in roles that connect technical leadership, enterprise architecture, modernization strategy, and hands-on cloud implementation.
From architecture and application development to deployment, infrastructure, operations, and team leadership.
Java, Spring Boot, React, REST APIs, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Git, CI/CD, architecture reviews, code quality, and production support.
Enterprise technology advisory, solution architecture, stakeholder engagement, modernization strategy, technical assessments, delivery governance, risk management, and translating business needs into scalable technology solutions.
Cross-functional team leadership, stakeholder collaboration, solution design, mentoring, delivery governance, incident resolution, and modernization roadmaps.
EC2, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, VPC, IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, ECR, EKS, ECS, ALB, Auto Scaling, and CloudWatch.
Modernizing legacy enterprise platforms into Spring Boot, React, microservices, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and cloud-native deployments.
Docker, Docker Compose, Amazon ECR, Kubernetes Deployments, Services, Pods, Amazon EKS, worker nodes, scaling, and load balancing.
Terraform providers, variables, modules, state management, workspaces, reusable configuration, planning, validation, and deployment.
These projects demonstrate secure hosting, serverless architecture, high availability, containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure automation.
Designed and hosted a globally accessible portfolio website using Amazon S3, CloudFront, Route 53, and AWS Certificate Manager. Implemented HTTPS, custom-domain routing, CDN caching, and secure static-content delivery.
Built a serverless application that retrieves and returns random AWS interview questions through a REST API. The application separates presentation, API, compute, and data layers using managed AWS services.
Designed and deployed a fault-tolerant web architecture across multiple Availability Zones using an Application Load Balancer, Auto Scaling Group, Launch Template, target groups, and health checks.
Designed, containerized, and deployed a React and Spring Boot application using separate Docker images. Published the images to Amazon ECR and deployed them on Amazon EC2 with Docker Compose.
Orchestrated the React and Spring Boot application on Amazon EKS. Created Kubernetes Deployments and Services, pulled container images from Amazon ECR, used EC2 worker nodes, and exposed the frontend through an AWS load balancer.
Created reusable Terraform configuration for AWS networking and compute resources. Practiced providers, variables, modules, dependency graphs, state files, workspaces, validation, planning, deployment, drift detection, and controlled destruction.
Led the modernization of a legacy Oracle ADF-based SaaS application into a modern architecture using Spring Boot, React, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Docker, Amazon ECR, and Amazon ECS. Served as Technical Lead and architecture owner, guiding design decisions, reviews, production issue resolution, and cross-functional delivery.
I enjoy simplifying cloud and AI concepts through practical visual analogies. It helps translate technical architecture into ideas that engineers, stakeholders, and business teams can understand quickly.
A family analogy explaining how GenAI generates responses, RAG adds relevant knowledge, and Agentic AI reasons, uses tools, and takes action toward a goal.

My “Dipti Da Dhaba” analogy demonstrates why architects should understand requirements, users, scale, security, availability, and cost before selecting AWS services.

Terraform becomes easier to understand when infrastructure code is treated like a blueprint and Terraform becomes the construction manager responsible for building it.
